Packaging is very important to us and we tend to go overboard to make sure your items arrive safely. You get exactly what you see, that’s how it should be. If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to return your item(s), no questions asked.

Return Policy

Sealed Wax Boxes

Under certain rare circumstances, returns of factory-sealed products may be granted but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Buyers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if they receive an item that is not as described. Any item eligible for return that arrives in the same condition as it was when sold to us will be refunded. Single Trading Cards

There is no restocking fee on single trading cards. Buyers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if they receive an item that is not as described. An item eligible for return that arrives in the same condition as it was when sold will be returned to us and the buyer will be refunded.

Refunds

Simply return the item to the address on the shipping label. You will need to pay for the shipping label, once it has been received and everything looks right we will refund you the same day. Trading cards are not subject to any restocking fee. Credit Cards can take up to 5-7 days to view the refund but may depend on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
